Fururi Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 18, 2026

日本語

1. Introduction

Fururi ("the App") respects the privacy of its users and their children. This policy explains how the App handles information.

The short version: the App collects nothing. There are no accounts, no passwords, and no advertising. The App does not connect to the internet at all, apart from the purchase flow described below.

2. Collection of personal information

The App does not collect names, addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, or anything similar. There is no server, and no developer-managed database exists.

There is no field for a child's name and no way to attach a photo.

3. What is stored on the device

The following is stored on your device only:

None of this leaves the device. The App does not use iCloud, so nothing carries over to another device.

4. About the microphone

The App includes a way to play by making sounds. This is off by default. It runs only when a parent explicitly turns it on in Parent Settings and iOS microphone permission has been granted.

The App looks at loudness, and nothing else.

Microphone permission can be revoked at any time in the iOS Settings app. While the microphone is in use, iOS displays an indicator on screen.

5. About device motion

The App uses the accelerometer and gyroscope for the tilt and shake play. No iOS permission is required for these. The values are used to drive the on-screen effects and are neither stored nor transmitted.

6. Network use

The App does not use the internet. It works the same in airplane mode or with no signal.

The only exception is purchasing and restoring the additional feature, which goes through Apple as described below.

7. Advertising and analytics

The App shows no advertising. It embeds no ad networks or analytics SDKs, and uses no cookies or device identifiers such as the IDFA. It never asks for App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission.

No information is provided, sold, or shared with third parties, including in aggregate form.

If the App terminates unexpectedly and "Share App Analytics" is enabled in your device settings, technical records such as where the crash occurred may reach the developer via Apple. This is a standard iOS mechanism and contains no information about your child. It can be turned off under Settings > Privacy & Security > Analytics & Improvements.

8. In-app purchase

"Play with Movement" is a one-time purchase. The transaction is handled by Apple's App Store, and the developer never receives payment details such as credit card numbers.

The App holds only whether the purchase has been made.

The entry point to purchasing sits behind a long press followed by a simple arithmetic question, so that a child does not reach it by chance.

9. Deleting data

10. Children's information

The App is meant to be touched and played with by the child. With that in mind, it is designed not to collect anything from the child.

Settings, purchasing, and viewing the record all sit behind a long press followed by a simple arithmetic question, out of reach of a child operating the App alone.

Because nothing is ever transmitted, no information about your child reaches a third party.

11. Disclaimer

The App is a toy that answers touch with sound, light, and vibration. It makes no claim of educational benefit or effect on development.

Please note the following for safe use:

Except where the developer is liable under applicable law, the developer accepts no liability for damages arising from use of the App.

12. Changes to this policy

This policy may change as laws change or the App is updated. Significant changes will also be announced within the App.
